"Product arrived promptly and was packaged well. Communication through the purchase was good. Hatch stays have been in use for a few weeks now, good quality. Our hatch is very heavy wood, so replacing the old ones like for like with a stay either side made sense. One could probably have managed it, but would have to have been kept done up very tightly. We have other C Quip items on the boat and they've all stood up well. "
