Chrome Cabin Door Hook

"The hook, of course is fine. The service from TCS was beyond the call of duty. I mistakenly ordered a chrome hook when I wanted a brass one. When I rang they exchanged it without hesitation even though brass is not in the catalogue. I think they had to go out of their way to get it! Excellent service. Thank you."
