It’s very unnerving, to say the least, in unfamiliar waters, and an obstacle or sand bar suddenly appears. So Garmin designed Panoptix PS21-TM with FrontVü sonar to give boaters enhanced situational awareness.¹ FrontVü sonar shows approaching obstacles, sandbars and other hard obstructions to give you time to respond and avoid a collision or running aground. It’s a great way to protect your boat and your passengers.

LiveVu Down : Shows below and around your boat for vertical fishing and jigging. RealVu 3D Down - Allows your boat to be stationary and still see things in 3-D around your boat. It shows history of only 1 sweep. RealVu 3D Historical - Shows the entire water column you have passed over in 3-D, from the bottom of the surface and all of the fish in between. See fish and bait swimming around under your boat — in real time; even while stationary.

The Panoptix multibeam thru-hull transducer with premium FrontVü forward-looking sonar helps you avoid running aground by displaying the bottom ahead of your boat in real time on your chartplotter. It also includes LiveVü Forward sonar to give you the unique ability to see fish — even divers — swimming in real time under and ahead of your boat with a 30 m (100 ft.) forward range. Panoptix FrontVü sonar displays the seabed up to 90m (300 ft.) ahead of the boat (at 8 to 10 times the current depth) to give you awareness like never before. You can be more confident when navigating unfamiliar water because Panoptix FrontVü has a narrow beam, forward-looking sonar (20 degrees). This allows you to focus on the seabed directly in front of your boat and not be confused with what is off to each side. It also includes an AHRS sensor for motion stabilisation that allows you to see what is in front of your boat even in rough water conditions. And all the FrontVü forward-looking sonar image data can be easily shared with other chartplotters across the Garmin Marine Network.

The Panoptix PS70 stainless steel thru-hull transducer is powered by Garmin RapidReturn sonar, which gives you live sonar views up to 300 metres below the surface.

The perspective mode mount takes the LiveScope XR real-time scanning sonar to the next level. Attach your LVS62 transducer to this mount to add an overhead sonar view that’s perfect for scouting and fishing in shallow water.

Position a LiveScope Plus LVS34 transducer on this 0-degree pole mount for an optimal viewing angle while ice fishing; works for open water fishing too.

This adapter cable allows the Garmin echoMAP to continue to display water depth from the in-hull transducer in instances when the transom mount transducer loses depth reading due to cavitation.

Easily attach your compatible 4-, 8- or 12-pin scanning transducer to the jack plate of your boat with this mount, which provides excellent sonar returns at low speeds. The mount protects the transducer from underwater obstructions and creates no drag on the boat — all while allowing angle adjustment of the transducer so it is parallel with the water surface. And since the transducer is out of the water, sonar will not track bottom when the boat is on plane.
