Returned Goods
Returned goods must be unused and in a saleable condition.
Product packaging must also be in the same condition as when received.
There is no refund or exchange on special orders, lengths of rope, wire or chain cut to length, splicing services and customized products unless the product is faulty. Paint tins that are dented but not leaking are not deemed to be faulty and are not subject to refund.
If you return goods because they were ordered incorrectly or if clothing does not fit you will pay the return postage costs. If you would like us to replace the goods with another size or colour, we will charge carriage on the replacement.
If you return an item because it was faulty when it was delivered, we will refund your postage costs for returning it to us. Any Items that are received faulty or damaged MUST be communicated to TCS Chandlery Mail Order Department via email and accompanying photos within 48hrs of receipt, beyond this time we may be unable to rectify. We may also require proof that the item was signed for as damaged on arrival. Please check with us before returning any goods as we will only refund the basic postage charge.
Should you want to return your order, you need to inform us within 14 days of receipt of the goods and then we need to receive the good back no more than 14 days later.

Ensure there is a RTN number or order number attached so we know who has sent it.
Goods that have been ordered incorrectly and are returned for a refund maybe subject to a restocking charge. For our full terms and conditions, please contact us.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the receipt of the returned item, the refund will be returned to the credit/debit card used or via PayPay - whichever method was used for payment.
